Tori Phillips is an experienced nonprofit professional who has successfully led projects within arts and culture, education, and philanthropy. She joined The American College of Financial Services in August 2022 as its Program Director for the Center of Economic Empowerment & Equality®.
Most recently, she served as the Creative Services Manager for The Dallas Foundation in Dallas, Texas. With a commitment to lasting and equitable change, Tori brings a creative, strategic, and community-centered focus to her work. She earned a BS from Jackson State University and is currently completing The College’s CFP Certification Education Program. Blending her broad skill set with financial planning, Tori wants to provide comprehensive financial education and resources to the BIPOC community and is thrilled to begin that journey at The American College of Financial Services.
