Tayller Marcee is the Programs Manager of the American College Center for Economic Empowerment and Equality®. In this position she assists in carrying out a viable action plan for sustainable, generational change that will help to narrow the wealth gap and have a lasting effect on how the profession best serves a fast-becoming majority-minority nation. She is passionate about creating meaningful change within the financial services industry. Prior to this role, she served as the Human Resources Business Partner, DEI Programs and Events at The College. In 2021 she was awarded the Mary Varner Award for Exemplary Service for her contributions to the Center and The College’s strategy. Tayller earned her Bachelors in Organizational Science and Psychology from George Washington University and a DEI Certification from Cornell.
